Rooted in Culture, Brewed with Passion
“Chai aapke liye kya mayne rakhti hain?”
“What does chai mean to you?”
We invite you to ask yourself this question, because in the heart of Karachi, the answer is clear.
Life doesn't start until the first pot of tea is frothing at the brim, whether it be at home or in the hustle and bustle of Karachi streets. And the day doesn't end until the last drop of chai parts from the kettle. But it is so much more than just “that first cup” at home or late-night stalls near the chaurangi:
It's the excuse to sit “five more minutes” with your closest friends, and comfort one another when you need it most. It's how you celebrate every victory, and soothe every takleef. And if it doesn't precede a meal, it most definitely succeeds it. It was clear what chai meant in Karachi, so we asked ourselves what it meant to us, and Golimaar was born.
Golimaar Chai stems from a desire to preserve this authentic energy and translate it for modern celebrations. We saw a gap between the traditional Karachi flavor and the diverse requirements of Pakistanis here, whether it be at their backyard “one-dishes” or country club weddings and corporate events. Our mission is to bridge that gap, and reunite all of our clients with those long-lost but not-forgotten flavors.
The name 'Golimaar' is a tribute to the raw, unrefined energy of Karachi's neighborhoods—a reminder that despite the professional presentation and premium service, our soul remains firmly on the street corner where the best chai is found.
We know what “chai” means to us. So, we ask you again…
“Chai aapke liye kya mayne rakhti hain?”
“What does chai mean to you?”
“Our soul remains firmly on the street corner where the best chai is found.”

Serving every guest like family.
Slow-brewed, never rushed.
Honoring our Karachi roots.
“Our visual identity is woven with the Ajrak pattern—a symbol of Sindh's heritage. It's our way of carrying the wisdom of our ancestors into every event we serve.”
